Of Monroe - Basic Car Parts Wasted 50 days of Time and Money

I used junkyarddog. Comto find a rear ford focus full bumper assembly and got 7 offers and outof those 7 I chose Basic Car Parts. I placed the order on about March 21st. It took about 2 and half weeks to get to my house which I didn't mind. I open it up to find out that it is the wrong color and scratched up. The wrong color is not a concern because Dimitri, the person from your company I was talking to, did say that color was not guaranteed, however, the quality was suppose to be grade A, and looking at it, it was obviously not. So now, Dimitri was to have them pick it up and send me another bumper that is in better condition. I wait another 10 days and call Dimitri back and nothings been done. Dimitri than says to go get estimates on how much to paint it which was going to be $200. However, I than notice in this HUGE crate there is only the bumper and no other parts. I ordered a full bumper assembly so I was missing the bumper bar and absorber foam. I call Dimitri he than calls where ever hegot the parts and basically it comes back to him telling me I'm gonna get a refund and he's going to send the rest of the parts to me which was great. I told him i'll pay the 200 hundred and get it painted myself. So I'm waiting for the refund to go through. Waiting for the rest of the parts to show up. Waited another 10 or so days. Nothing. Call Dimitri back and he said he would look into it again and call me back. Waited another 2 days than called Dimitri and this is what he and the accounted tell me. We're having the bumper picked up and refunding you back your money.??? It is May 5 today when this happened about 20 mins ago. So after about 50 days of waiting and being patient. 50 days of hearing Dimitri reassure me each time that I'm gonna take care of you buddy. I'm back to square 1. Iwaisted my time and money for nothing. I decided to keep the bumper because who knows how long it will take to get a refund honestly. It maybe two weeks. I'm sure they would pick up the bumper in time though. I'm a 25 year man and this is by far the worst experience I ever had in my life when trying to buy anything. That said, in my final conversation with Dimitri I asked him if there is anything there going to do for me. And he basically said you got your money back like I'm about to order another bumper assembly off them again and go through the whole process over.

They don't care about the satisfaction of the customer. They dragged everything out for 50 days too long. Any other company and my car would be fixed already. This is a car I use for my private business as well. They tell you what you want to hear. Each time I spoke with Dimitri he would always say "Don't worry buddy, I'm going to take care of you" after saying promises that were good just to get me off the phone with them, than not follow through with their word. I should have gotten things in writing looking back but also I was lied to numerous times and by a fast talker. Honestly, if you use them and it doesn't go right, GET YOUR MONEY BACK right away or else they'll waste your time.
