Unfair billing practice

I've had a paging support with National Message since 1998. I'd been spending annually ahead of time each year since that time. Since within the last year I'd had no (zero) websites, I chose to stop my support after I obtained the annual statement.

1. After I requested that my support be stopped, they explained that I had a need to provide a 30-time notice. After I requested to create my unique contract wherever I decided to it-they couldn't.

2. They delivered the annual statement just after my prior year agreement had terminated, and my next yearis support had already started.in the place of payment me 30 (or 20) days before the termination of my phrase, they waited till I'd have to purchase one more thirty days.

3. They recalculated a statement of $40.00 plus for just one month of support and termination once the annual support (including fees, etc) was just $95.00

4. After I questioned them to deliver the initial agreement indicating such excessive termination costs by certifiend email, they decided to prorate the costs for 7 days.

5. They declined to prorate another costs including: Structure preservation charge to get a year, national and state fees and different additional costs which were additionally determined to get a year. (I wonder when they may forward each one of these fees towards the appropriate authorities.)

6. I contended when I'd been spending my expenses on the regular schedule, these costs might have been just 1/12 of what I had been evaluated. But, no dice.

I got charged about $18.00. It's not really a large amount, however the exercise recently payment, and never prorating costs for example "Structure Preservation" and fees is crazy and fraudulent. Additionally getting national fees for providers not supplied constitutes fraud.

This criticism is created to forewarn other present and potential client of National Message. I intend to create grievances to FCC, the Attorneygeneral of Their State, and combat it in small-claims judge, like a subject of theory.
