Ripoff fraudulent billing

I was charged 29.95 for "unlimited 1 month access" to this site's "legal" mp3 files, as soon as i received a confirmation email letting me know i had made my payment, I gained access.

Yet two days later i log onto my account and it appears im not suscribed anymore, it first said something like "unlimited access til march" but now it only says e-mail confirmed, waiting for payment.!

So i lost my "unlimited" access completely after only two days and now i cant download anything.

Also, the user agreement stated i would be billed the U.S.D.$29.95 monthly until I canceled the service but with my unlimited access I also lost the "cancel account" link on the account page.

Im worried that they will keep charging me monthly because I cant cancel the service (they removed the link).

I wrote to customer support several times and received no answer at all and dont know what to do. Lost my access after only two days when I paid for a whole month in advance.
