Did not respond to cancelation and fraudulently charged fees

I had been receiving turn calls to my mobile phone from the quantity in California. I noticed the corporation online and chose to try to discover who had been calling. After I registered I joined the number plus they couldn't supply me with any info on the amount. For this I had been billed 1.00 that was subsequently returned. I instantly determined I did not need this assistance and delivered them a contact to aid@phoneagentsource.com, I never obtained an answer but thought they'd react if it had been the wrong manner to complete it or when they required further data. They NEVER answered and all unexpected I get charged a regular charge of 18.95 for anything I didnot use and terminated exactly the same day (they request you stop within seven days but don't clarify on the site just how to achieve this) I named and even though they understand I sent they stated that they charged me simply because they might and since I didnot utilize their live-chat or telephone number they simply did it. This can be a scam, please bear in mind and appear throughout these websites for that fine-print.
