Safe Id they took an unauthorized payment, refused to refund, sent me to bogus website for refund

Safe id took my credit card information from another site, took a 31.85 payment out of my checking account without having permission, refused to do a refund when I called about the debit. Sent me to a sight that was supposed to be to cancel this service and request a refund. There was nothing on that sight that would allow you to contact them in any way.
