7 day trial period and charge my credit card and partial refunded

I never buy this service, company empolye call and they satisfy me that if you try this service without any charges within 7 days return back if you dont like it, the equipment i recived after 2 days and i plug it they never give full high speed, i call within 10 min that u never give me actual service they tell me your service is limited, i told you before purchase i need full high speed b/c i used majicjack phone he told our speed is too faster than comcast, now he send me another equipment, but i already cancel the service b/c its liar company, now they nerver refunded me my full amout they charge it, they says you have been usage but without use, and 7days trial period how can i says its good service, why they says we give you full refunded if you dont satisfy please solve my issues thanks javed
