United Online, Net Zero ripoff charging for free trial offe

Called to cancel free trial the day before it ends, then was asked to try the high speed dial up for $9.95/mo. For 12mos. I agreed to try it. I received bank statement the very same day. I found a charge for the free trial period. Called them to have them explain what this was for. They said they have no free trial period for regular dial up service. They said the charges were for Feb 28, well, that's when I first signed up for free trial. They said that they would refund $7.82 and the rest of the money $2.13 was for some kind of fee I never heard of. (can't remember what they said it was) The rep was not very nice or concerned. I asked to speak to supervisor. She was rude and would not refund the full amount that was withdrawn from my bank account. They also need to brush up on their english. I couldn't understand them. I have yet to go to my bank to see what they can do. I am also canceling the high speed offer they gave me, but before I do, I will change my bank card number.
