Sold old phone instead of new

Igot a brand new telephone on 11-20 09 the battery wouldn't remain chg. So got new battery. Still wouldn't remain chg. Named Verizon they sent me a brand new one it'd not plan they delivered me another couldn't notice nothing onto it so that they delivered me another this on some occasions you are able to notice onto it it changes quantity as you speak I'd just like a new telephone i looked over one which is water evidence or stop my couple of years agreement with verizon free of charge I've a mot vu204 search telephone four telephones in under 8 weeks
