Bad phones and service

I've had Verizon wireless for quite some time now. I've a netbook and telephone support with one of these clowns and that I am so sick and tired of them (is it possible to notice me today).

I've had 3 laptops and that I am on my fifth. (yes 5th.) replacement phone. I've the droid 2 (please never get the Droid telephones since they're total trash) I would like to record several conditions that I've had repeatedly.

1. The phone does not maintain a cost

2. The telephone constantly turns down and also you need to eliminate thee battery, then place it in, subsequently re-energy the telephone on.

3. The phone freezes regularly.

4. When addressing the telephone, the phone functions as though it's in "mute" style and it'll not correct itself whatsoever. I can't hear thee individual about the different finish and also the individual can't hear me.

5. I've obtained every telephone in to the Verizon store and also the repetitions could not actually repair the telephones, thee only choice would be to substitute the telephone but when you're changing it withe another telephone theat fails-WHAT IS THE REASON!

I've HAD 5 PHONE-IN LESS THAN ANNUALLY and they'll not deliver me another design however they declare that they remain behind there item.

The initial telephone was over $200 completely new and that I had theat telephone for less then 5 weeks and Verizon doesn't remain behind their advertisements, their objective statement and also the customer support in general are ethical and they'll pay attention to you-but they wont fix the problem.

There mission statement is just a laugh.
