We were attracted directly into this fraud of having this calling support via a customer support Repetition who talked our local language. They required $39.99 as refundable initial charge with promiss to reimbursement ASAP if we didn't like support.in whatever way we were not able to create any calls despite 7 days and needed to contact their customer support numerous occasions. As we began to create calls, for moments you'll not notice any audio of having phone through compared to speech quality might seem like talking to somebody in a pit or properly. Contact might discoonect every now and than. Obtaining a conection was very hard.

Having been frusterated, named them to stop support and return our service charge. "Increased" a cust support representative stated that support won't be disconnected until we recive and spend closing bill, Today it had been 19th of month plus they informed us to hold back till 16th of the following month, requested hem to obtain the bill out-of our service charge however they stated that charge is non-refundable and we shall get a calling card in the place of our cash directly after we spend closing bill. Named to keep in touch with some boss however the man "Renzo" was excessively rude and unprofessional, he didn't spend any focus on what we're stating and hung-up on-US. It's totally Bad support with many unprofessional couple of people.
