Cricket customer service SUCKS!

I have had support with cricket for more than 3 years. I've 2 telephones together. Yesteryear 3 wks Ive had issue with them both. People cant contact people since it claims they do not have cricket long-distance, running when in calling area. Ive named cricket customer support numerous occasions, with no you can support. Ive been hung-up on, screamed at, providers not providing me their titles, and informing me icant keep in touch with their boss. I invest over $100 per month to get a support icant use totally as well as their just prepared to credit me $5 on my bill. I named insurance plus they stated there is an issue with my phone and it was still below manufactures guarantee & they'd substitute my phone free of charge, but place anything different in pc, & after I transpired to obtain my new telephone, they stated I'd to pay for $85 for this. Anybody consider utilizing cricket as their mobile phone supplier, I DO NOT SUGGEST it-its only hassle & you usually obtain the run-around.
