I joined BT in November and str8 awa the purchase was mucked up, needed to delay another week for that purchase to become finished, from day 1 I'd issues with the phone point and broadband, after several hours and that I am speaking many-many hours on telephone to tech support team that will be in asia the thing is nevertheless not categorized however they need me to cover the entire support. I've terminated my perspective however they claim i still need to purchase the bond of the, I've now been informed that my centre is defective plus they wish to deliver an upgraded that we won't take the substitute centre I've stated I'd like an alternate. However they claimed they do not do them, of course if i don'rt take the alternative, I'll need to supply my very own option in the marketplace that they'll not provide any tech-support if something goes wrong, since its not their gear. Additionally the tech support team call-centre in India have no idea in regards to what they're performing, was continuously stop again and again, was on telephone one-night for 5 hours continuous for them but still not got something categorized. They're rude to clients and do not actually provide a darn concerning the client simply there earnings.
