I bought Nokia X2 from Carrefour Paths Kuwait recently 22 September at 11:00 pm and when I reached house I popped the carton and placed the simcard, it ceased reading sim-card inside an hour. It had been currently mid night and so I got the telephone nowadays 23 September after returning in the function. The client support in the place of changing the defective item simply gathered the telephone and offered support purchase and requested to contact later to understand my destiny. This can be a genuine discomfort when I needed to remove period and purchase cab but still watch for times and also the mercy of customer support for no-fault of mine.

I dont know if anyone must actually go back to such revenue centre.
