Whenever your 18-month agreement runs out they'll signal you up instantly for another 18-month without actually requesting. Not just that nevertheless when I enquired about an update on my current telephone they explained since I'd lately currently restored my agreement it'd be £100 quid, all since i didnt telephone them till per week AFTER my prior agreement finished, a deal that they restored without my authorization

Not just that, but don't actually under any conditions allow them place you on-hold, 1hour preliminary hold to obtain to the client solutions, 30-min to obtain to the division that handles agreement renewals and 15 minuits to obtain to the division that handles phone updates! I invested additional time on-hold than something! Absolutly rediculous.

Not just that but since this occurred I've had them cost me twice for that same month, WOn't substitute a stolen phone on the insurance (despite obviously stating they are doing) and ring me-up at least one time per week to get me to update even though that I understand in the above disaster that itll cost me £100!!
