Minutes getting sucked into black hole

The same occurred to both my housemate and myself. We each have T-Mobile prepaid, and make use of the telephone just in semi-problems.in each situation, we thought we'd atleast 100 units minimum. It had been fourteen days in the period our year was up and we'd to include moments or drop everything-including telephone # being shut out.in each situation, whenever we called to purchase some moments (we didn't require them-but you've to purchase some in annually and that I realize they carry-over), we discovered that people instantly had no moments at-all remaining! Why am I negative about that? Is TMobile drawing our moments up briefly prior to the yearly day whenever we would need to purchase more? Other people had this encounter? (dorian93@gmail.com)
