Removed mobile to mobile

2/18... Today i came across that my maximum moments realized our 700 strategy (1725 employed) and that i still had til march fifth!!! I named verizon once (10 minute), twice (15 minute) after which a third-time (25 minute) after discovering that after i changed my plan in the begining of my billing period, our mobile to cellular was removed??? Why!!! I did so my own personal maximum moment check check... I examined our maximum units via text (422), our 2 kids 635 ea, then called my sister's mobile phone spoken three minutes, subsequently i re checked our maximum units via text and today its 425??? I also keep my phone history for months and that i returned and caculated all property/company lines also (130 esti). Today the next representive can help and follow up. Others did not understand what to complete... You-can't prorate, backdate, update, informed to check on maximum moments often (i have just had a cell for 12 decades, she gave me 450 reward moments (previously does not assist your preceding usuage) and "yes ms. San!!! You're mobile to mobile also"???
