Service STINKS!

I actually donot understand where Verizon comes off saying they've the very best support accessible, what using the "Community" and all. I'm allegedly within their support region and that I cannot actually contact my house from next door. After I do obtain a call I shed it the moment I start my telephone to answer the phone call. I'm continually reading from those who have attempted to call me but I never actually obtain a "skipped call" notice. Unfortuantely I still have five weeks remaining on my strategy!
