Organization put a cost of $14.95 on my parents regular phone bill for "providers". Our Parents hadn't requested any providers or modifications for either organization stated ESEI or National evoice. To create things worse the costs had really been positioned through Verizon and Verizon informed my parents they do not examine once they obtain 3rd party payment demands.
