I find out about Startec, I came across that I'd exactly the same scenario. They cost me but I really could not link any phone to over-seas. They forgiven are since I've prepaid bill, they could not return the cash I dropped since their program has issue. I requested to return the remainder of my cash, however the same justification. I required they remove my charge card info, they explained exactly the same justification, since I'm prepaid client, they could not react to my request. The organization is crook.

I tested them; they don't have advertising department in addition to the specialized division. This sort of organization simply is destroying the National businesses status.
