Contacted Vonage by the internet to have their service for my home phone, they transfered my phone number from AT&T to Vonage, waited for about 10 days, until somebody came to do my installation, it was not posible because, had some problem with my cable modem, after month an half I contacted AT&T to join them, for over two months period they charged me for $264.81 for no phone service. Never was connected. Please help me.
