"No Show" for Installation

Currently had FiOS Web for eight weeks and requested the phone support. Required 40 units about the telephone to approach the purchase and also the consultant supplied an installment day of 4/22 from 8-12. Required the day removed from function and at 1130 I named and was informed the planned installment day was 5/1. Verizon had my current phone number, mobile number and Verizon.net email address but never named to see me of the brand new installment time. I requested the consultant to stop my purchase. May stay with Cavalier Phone - NEVER a payment or support issue together in ten years.
