To Whom It Might Matter: I've been a great client to Verizon for around ten years. I've usually settled my expenses promptly never being overdue. I recently transferred and had Fios, Television, Telephone, Instant moved to my new target. After I was solicited by Brenda concerning the support I had been lied to. Judy Lubbert stated she would solve and assist me but hasn't to-date. I've named 15-20 times and also have not had my problems solved.

I'm being twice charged on anything! Your contractors flattened my tire by departing screws in my own storage. Our Fios doesn't function however I keep spending double. I've associate titles, solution #’s, telephone numbers identification # for calls I've created. No body from Verizon appears to assist. Could you please support!
