Doesn't work

Beware of fraud. This thing never worked, i did the live chat with their customer service at least 7 times, and each time nothing happened it dropped calls while i was talking would go off the screen then come back the sound quality was terrible. Sometimes i could not hear the person on the other end, or they could not hear me it was a shitty experiance. Now i hear on the news they have over one thousand complaints at the bbc. Please go there and complain too. The home page shows the inventor, and his daughter, hum i wonder if she knows her dad is a shister
