ATT Worldnet informed me by email that ISP (Websites Provider) support for several of Puerto Rico (where I reside) could be stopped in January. I named the organization have to get a recommendation to a different ISP support and to stop my consideration.

On May 27 I realized that ATT Worldnet had extended to cost my CREDIT charge card for regular support, in the price of $18.95/month for that following 16 weeks. I approached the organization by telephone (1 800-400-1447), however the boss I spoke with, Christine, declined to return my cash, despite the fact that she accepted that ATT Worldnet stopped providers to Puerto Rico, which I'd not utilized the consideration or providers since January.

I'd like ATT Worldnet to return the cash billed to my charge card for providers they stopped since January. They extended to cost me $18.95/month for that 16 weeks (because support was stopped so far), to get a complete cost of $303.20 for providers not made. I'd like ATT Worldnet to reimbursement me $303.20.
