Eight and a half hours and still no phone

The 8.5 hours refered to is minutes off my CELL PHONE on hold with AT&T. I have had three... Repeat three technician calls to our house for service and still do not have a dial tone. What a joke. They must get high school - no grade school kids to do their servce calls. The last two "promises" have been broken... The technician never SHOWED UP!!!

The last "supervisor" that I talked to said that the next appointment was between 1-5 tonight (this was at three o'clock when the 8-1 guy never showed up) and it is now 6:30 pm... No service technician. What do you think... Should I wait???

AT&T you are a joke... No, an insult to the profession! Good luck and good riddance.
