Scam and cheating

I'd Qwest instant in 2002 or (cannot remember precisely) and at that time was arguing a $200 agreement termination charge they started getting me after I ended my support for errors they'd created on my statement. I held the house telephone support, but still contain it today in 2008.

When I remember within the easiest way my-memory could possibly offer me after 7 years, Qwest was getting me complete-cost for something which the client service representative had explained was possibly free or in a lower reduced price after I first requested the support. After arguing this about the telephone with Qwest many times over a couple of monthsapproximately, attempting in useless to obtain them to regulate my statement to exhibit the correct lower costs, I eventually named and ended the support out-of pure outrage within the entire point.

The following billing period then they included a $200 cancellation charge. Annoyed because I thought it was unjust, I named to challenge the $200, detailing why I'd ended my support within the first-place — simply because they were getting me for anything the client support representative mentioned was free. I told them I sensed used to donot deserve to become billed the $200 since it was Qwest who'd all messed up by deceptive me into thinking I had been obtaining a free (or reduced) product upon becoming a member of instant.

Therefore, following the next handful of payment claims, I noticed the $200 have been fallen, and that I was pleased that I'd gotten to them, plus they had evidently decided to fall the costs. For that next couple of years the $200 was eliminated from my statement, and that I thought which was the finish of it.

Well, not too quickly. Today, in late 2008 I instantly obtain a selection notice within the email for that Qwest $200, along side $80 to get a previous instant statement, to get a whole of $280, some 7 years following the reality! Discuss a cheap photo! Not just did they not ignore it, however now they come after me decades later using the selection organization — and they are those who screwed-up

I am posting this below since I'd like others to become conscious of Qwestis misleading and continuing dubious business methods. Appears because the economy is really poor today, the corporation is going to do something to create money.
