I decided to change company web/phone support to Qwestis Primary Link support from another supplier after getting a published estimate from the Qwest sales consultant, including fees, costs and surcharges. Real fees, costs and surcharges have now been twice the total amount mentioned. Qwest won't take liability due to their misunderstanding — after several calls I've discovered the salesperson is just a "Favored Business Spouse", which evidently implies that they'll not reply calls, return calls, or cure their fraud. And Qwest (I Have talked to three degrees of administrators) won't take accountability possibly and certainly will do-nothing but state that the quotation was an "estimation". Even when it was therefore mentioned (it had beennot), it was an extremely misleading estimation. I've requested to be delivered to my former supplier without fee, and Qwest won't permit this both. The final boss I talked with declined to provide me a greater degree contact within Qwest to follow the issue.
