Closed out mid aug. 08. COX INSTALLED 8-26-08, STARTED calling immediately. Got Visa charges, for Oct 08 bill, stating charges. Called and found out disconnect charge.

When was that charge updated at their website?

My birthday, 8-13-08. Section 8.7 at their website.

One would need a lawyer to go thru the rest of their entries.

Gen said when I signed up, i was told. Maybe? I asked for a copy. I looked in my file case where i put everything for taxes, only the email from friend where to purchase said connection box. So be aware of future charges on your credit card. I suggest you record conversation.
