Vonage VOIP phone complaint

I will advise everyone who is thiking of Vonage phone connection in Canada, please dont think about it. The call centre agents are very rude, they disconnect the phone on you. Vonage does not pay for any money not even shipment if you have to return the modem. If you want to save your money, i will definitely advise you not to think of Vonage. They cheat people.
