Terrible customer service!

Our meal went and that I needed to delay per week for an appt. The appt is type 12 to 4. I obtain a phone at 859 am they wish to come in. After I let them know I've at 12-4 appt they claim I'd two appts. Well, I'm certain for this reason I'd to hold back per week simply because they cant arrange the support calls. Previously after I required them in the future out and ended an appt with 48-hours of the visit they nevertheless directed somebody out. After I named and attempted to talk to a boss I had been placed on store for 45 minutes. I called ironwood immediate and needed to talk to somebody within the Philippines. The boss Janine Delgado I would like to maintain for half an hour. Direct television and Ironwood are horrible reasons to get a company. I dislike your day I turned sentenced to immediate television. I'd dish system before I purchased this hd-tv and not had needed something phone. I'd discourage anybody from signing on with this particular company
