Poor customer support, poor specialists who dont understand how to repair a machine. First phone 12/23 - been out twice - once to determine that which was incorrect - 14 days later-after all components arrived in confirmed up and hadn't scheudled the appt proper was a two-man work and just one turned up. Attempted to create we wait another week but ultimately delivered somebody in the workplace to assist. Needed to delay twenty four hours before applying machine. Machine today hits about the glass cover when it moves, named them back again to repair plus they created me wait many times for that appt they terminated my appt without informing me and that I waited all day long in order for them to appear. They not have a technology in the region, they don't create a repeat client after simply being set important. Horrible organization - shouldn't be properly used by an providers of prolonged warrentys both. Discover another equipment repair organization!
