ER Solutions collections over early termination charges

Verizon and its abusive collection arm ER Solutions continues to destroy people's credit with their unethical and what is probably illegal "early termination" charges. Someone in our state and federal government needs to do something about these abusive corporations and their very nasty unethical collection agencies and stop them now. Charging hundreds of dollars to terminate a telephone contract is amoral.
