I had been lied to but still I can't obtain any calls

When calls are coming in. It Is over per week today our telephone can't band, I've been calling repair-service several, many occasions. Lastly I requested to consult with a boss. She explained that Sunday, Oct. 7th a technician could be to 7Pm at my house between 8am. I named many times to understand the standing and waited plus they explained the same, he'll be below. I maynot achieve this since I had been scared I'd skip the specialist and had to get my medicine.

No body had named me with any info. They'd my mobile phone number. I waited, and that I waited. Lastly I had been informed they skipped my house. I can't think that Verizon gets away with this specific type of support. I require my cellphone operating correctly, and am a senior.

I'm so frustrated and experience so disappointed that I had been lied to but still I can't obtain any calls.
