Its refund offe to be honored by refuses

Tmobile will not recognize its refund present for $30 on the tmobile Togo prepaid phone. Our buddy submitted all of the correct evidence of unique container cell and purchase and bill info but never got the refund. Named towards others yet the Customer Service quantity, where she was informed by them they allegedly never obtained the substance within the P.O. Package. It was never got by her back prior to the contract day and so she understands they first got it. This appears like bait or scam and switch, they cannot merely WOn't recognize the discounts.
