Screwed up my service, won't fix it, won't release my 64 gig iphone I just bought either, good customer, 5 years

Boost mobile screwed up my service 7 days ago, I try and try to fix it with Apple, they eventually say I need to call Boost, Boost says it's just an outage, I check online, No outages reported, I call the Boost store where I live, she says no outages, I try to use my phone, won't work.
I start getting service elsewhere, of course it's a pain to get the necessary info. Boost says they have to call my phone, I tell them that they screwed up my service and that the phone doesn't really work now, cuz the service is crap, they insist on call ing the phone, it doesn't work, I get hung up on multiple times, then they finally give me the info I need so I can done with those bastards.
Then when I'm activating my service elsewhere, Boost locks my 3 month old 64 gig iphone with their company so now the fuckers are trying to force me to stay after they screwed up my service, lied to me, never fixed it and now I'm S.O.L.
I have roughly $4400 in medical bills, my truck is going to to shop on Monday for a $900 repair, I owe student loans. I don't get paid well cuz I'm a felon and employers don't pay a felon what he's worth cuz they know he has the most difficult time getting jobs, so they know I have to accept whatever low crap pay they offer cuz I can't go anywhere else. Now Boost mobile is screwing me around, won't fix my service but also won't let me take my god damn new phone and go somewhere else. FUCK BOOST MOBILE!
