Took payment and didn't deliver order

I purchased an K-State stapler from this company on 4/29. A week and a day later my order still has not arrived. I have sent three emails to this company, no response. I left two messages on their answering machine, no response. No matter what time I call within their business hours, all you get is the answering machine. At this point I realize I was ripped off but I will not let this go until I get my product or my money back. No company treats customers like this. Their website is supposed to let you track your order. For a whole week my order says, no tracking number available. I double checked and my order is in stock and was in stock at the time I placed it, there is no excuse for me not having my order by now.
