Failure to deliver product

I bought an iPhone case from HDAccessory.com and paid for it on the internet with my credit card. I tried to email them for some additional information about the product but didn't get any response. I tried to call, but the phone kept ringing with no answer nor answering machine. Emails received no response. After not hearing from them for about 3 days, I decided to cancel order. I emailed again and finally got a response that stated that order will be processed 1-3 business days. That was a week ago. Checked the shipping info on line, but no confirmation of delivery. Sent an email to cancel order again, but have not heard from them. Meanwhile, they've already debited the cost of the product from my bank account. DON'T BUY FROM HDACCESSORY.com!!!

Is there any way I can get my money back?
