This Will Take Your Money and Will Not Send The Merchandise - They are not legitimate

I placed a small order for my teenage son from this website, which looks perfectly legitimate, on 7/1/09. I promptly received a generic confirmation e-mail and they charged my credit card the next day.

On 7/8 my son reminded we had not received the order, so I referred to the confirmation email and followed the link to the order where it was said there was a tracking number. Again it appeared quite legitimate. However, the tracking number was blank, so I followed the link to email customer service and sent an inquiry. I immediately (within 5 minutes) received a return e-mail from customer service which simply said "will ship on Friday". Again, I forgot about it.

On 7/18 my son reminded me again, no order. I emailed customer service to inquire about the staus of the order as there has never been any tracking information listed. No response, no order.

On 7/21 emailed them asking them to refund my money. No response, no order.

7/22 Called them at 276-267-7301 left a detailed message on an answering machine asking for an immediate refund and demanding some response. No response, no merchandise, no refund.

7/24 Called them again and demanded a refund, message was left on an answering machine as they never answer the phone no matter when a call is placed. No response, no merchandise, and NO refund.

This company appears to be a SHAM. Do Not under any circumstances order from this site that by all appearances appears legitimate, but obviously is not.

I filed a claim for a disputed charge with my credit card company and hopefully I can reclaim my money some day.

If 1 person reads this and does not order from this company I will be happy!
