I purchased the TC5, and like additional clients, I obtained a broken device

I called customer support, waited for a lot more than 30min to obtain a realtor, and after stating that I don’t need an upgraded part since I don’t wish to got through another 4h of building the “thing”, or obtaining another faulty component (as others have documented)

I had been informed that I've to hold back for atleast 5 business days to determine when they may agree the return or not! Or that I really could return it and purchase it myself

Also, my device makes a loud knocking sound.

I would recommend individuals not purchase this device.

Today finally Nautilus accepted the return of the broken TC 5 that I obtained.

However, they'll not deliver me a return tag that'll permit FEDEX to get the containers at my home, because it was shipped!

Could you think that? I’ll need to bring nearly 200lbs to some FEDEX shop?
