We named Comecast client service to setup online sites. They informed us there is a refund offer happening to get a device and modem and billed us online. Nevertheless later we obtained a device and modem which were not authorized in Comecast program based on the technology man who found our home for that installation. We deliver anything back again to Offerwire utilizing FedEx since Comecast technician informed us that their device and modem don't function! As of this moment, we understood that Offerwire has obtained our return offer. They nevertheless charge us the entire cost. I believe this isn't authorized since we-don't wish to purchase their errors. If their tools aren't authorized in Comecast, why do they deliver trash to Comecast clients and cost them? Most of us are actually pissed by their misconduct.
