Nautilus, Bowflex, HRSB Tacking on ILLEGAL finance charges to returned item! Going on for 6 months! Ripoff

I refused receipt on a CrossTrainer machine that was charged to my zero balanced Nautilus card. I didn't want it after seeing one in person at a store. They received the CrossTrainer back on May 23. I have been receiving statements from HRSB ever since, stating late payments, finance charges, etc. It even appeared on my credit report as late. I have been assured, and apologized to by Nautilus on many occasions, they however have not fixed the problem YET and it's Oct. 20!!! They DID finally credit the cost of the machine to HRSB, but all the finance charges that accrued while they took their sweet time fixing THEIR problem, has remained as a balance. It is STILL showing on my credit report!!! Let me say again, i never took delivery of this machine! See below the list of players who I have been in contact with that have been lying to me. Any lawyers wanna help???

Email dated Sept. 7:

Hello Christine,

This email is to confirm the return of your Bowflex Treadclimber, also, to confirm that we will issue a credit in the amount of $1998 to your HSBC account. I have asked my accounting department to waive any extra fees or charges accrued since May 23, the date we received the machine.

I will continue to follow the credit process and ensure that it is completed as quickly as possible. I will keep you updated with the progress. Please give me a call if you have any questions.
