American Family Fitness Vestal Parkway Vestal NY SCAMS & LIES TO COVER UP
Manager Ray denied wrongdoing and would not help. Company allowed person to open account using MY VOIDED CHECK and NO AUTHORIZATION FROM ME = FRAUD!

I joined american family fitness a couple months ago and went alone. Soon i was being charged double (2 x $10 per month) and inquired why. It was brought to my attention that another account was added using MY voided check I used when opening my account.in addition there was no signature by me authorizing such actions. I spoke to a gentleman named Ray who said he was the man in charge. After being combative "Ray" hung up. I am paranoid and frustrated to the point i no longer wish to attend the gym and i want them to fix their mistake. This has been going on for three months now and i have not been in almost as long. I will report this to the better business bureau as well as posting it on blogs in hopes it does not happen to anyone else.
