AliExpress may be the Chinese edition of ebay; they're a website for "separate providers" who provide excellent deals on a variety of items. Any provider providing bikes are deceptive. Alibaba, the "operator" of AliExpress comes with an escrow program, if you spend through paypal or charge card, they do not move your cash towards the provider before product is shipped - however the products (bicycles) SHOULD NEVER BE delivered!!! You might get your cash back, however it is likely to be eliminated for 3 - 5 months and also you need to be persistent and maintain pursuing-up with Alibaba to obtain it back. A genuine trouble. If it appears too-good to become accurate, it's and that's especially true with AliExpress!!
