Faulty Android Phone From Supplier, Missing 4 GB Memory Card

The supplier, Shenzhen Sunstar, is pathetic. They do not care about their customers and only want to make a profit. I wanted to buy an Android phone for my wife for her birthday, and it took more than a month to arrive in Europe from China. Once received, the product had several issues. The phone function was not working, and you could not answer the phone when someone called. Downloads from the Android store were also not working.

I talked with them, and they asked me to send the phone back to China for repair. I sent the product back, and the supplier did not agree on shipping costs. In a few days, they sent the product back to me and charged me for shipping. This time none of the issues was repaired, and on top of that the 4 GB memory card was missing. I talked to them, and they did not agree about the memory card or the other two faults.

I complained to Alibaba/AliExpress, but they favored their supplier and released the full amount to them. Never buy any product from this supplier, and never place an order through Alibaba/AliExpress.
