Dishonest

I took my regulators there in 2006 to for thier annual service. One was an aqualung titan I had used only a few times and it was like new. They gave it back to me in a plastic grocery bag in pieces with a dent in the regulator lip like they hit it with a hammer. The person who worked on it said that it was damaged before I turned it in to them. The guy at the front desk (mike?) said his techs wouldn't do that and laughed at me. So I contacted aqualung and advised them of lynnhavens bad practices. Then the owner of the shop lied to aqualung saying he had offered to rectify the situation, which he never did. Bottom line they are dishonest and not to be trusted. I have been to dive centers around the world and Lynnhaven Dive Center is the only place I would not recommend.
