Lies, scam, not licensed to dive, overpriced, uses the boat to lure men

Captain Kathy Engebose is not licensed in many of the things that she claims. She is not licensed to scuba dive, and will tell you that she is. Then once you are on her boat, she will make an excuse why she can not dive. OR she will dive, but is not licensed to lead any dives what so ever... The problem is, she lies about that too. If you feel the need to take your life into your own hands with someone who is unable to help you in any capacity, then she is your gal.
Kathy's business is failing at best, so she will charge you and is far more overpriced for far less service than any other local dive boats. Because of her failing business. She also can not afford certain upkeep on her boat. Also, I have experienced her drinking before taking a dive tour out.
And ladies... Kathy has been known to start e-mailing and inviting men on "private dives" or to be "dive buddies" with men. I watched her persue my buddy, showing up places she knew we dived, an hour from her home. She also started showing up at bars we hung out at, also over an hour from her home. When my buddy's fiance found out, she was not thrilled. When confronted, Kathy told me that she "didn't know he was almost married". When I saw her e-mails to him, I was sickened at their graphic nature when he made it clear from day one that he was involved. She wants a husband... Bad.
Many local dive shops have stopped referring her business, even down into the Green Bay and Milwaukee Areas. I highly recommend going with someone else for these dives. The over priced, under qualified service isn't worth it.
