Have to put this on Americal site as somehow Just Fitness have managed to block google search on the complaints site in Australia!

Bought a Bowflex Xtreme 2 from Just Fitness in Victoria in April. Promoting this on the Bowflex Austrlia website. Contact number is actually Just Fitness who seem to be the resellers in Australia.

On the website, states:
"Our Guarantee Work out on your Bowflex. Home Gym for up to 6 weeks in the comfort of your own home. If you're not 100% satisfied, return your machine for a full refund".

There are no conditions or otherwise on the entire site regarding returns.

Just over 3 weeks later I phoned Just Fitness to return the item. They said they would get back to me. I week later aftera number of phone calls and emails by me but not returned by them, I phoned again and was told they would NOT accept the gym back as I boughtit on sale.in fact this is incorrect as it was NOT on sale and I negotiated a reduced price due to cheaper competing products on the internet. Prior to this they had enquired as to whether I had kept the original packaging as I believe they were hoping to use this excuse initially. I had indeed kept the boxes and had carefully repackaged everything.

I have had no communication from the owner WHATSOEVER other than an email message immediately following a phone call from the Department of Fair Trading after I lodged a complaint to say that he would get back to me. Unbelieveably rude and complete distain for his customers.

So far I have have still not heard anything from him and will now take the company to the Civil Claims Court in order to get some satisfaction.

They are clearly NOT honouring their stated guarantee which they are using blatantly to promote this product.

DO NOT BUY FROM JUST FITNESS AUSTRALIA if you believe you can return your item fora refund. They cannot be trusted.

Emailed Bowflex/Nautilus US (parent company) to ask for help in this matter, to date have heard nothing back from them.
