Just Fitness 4 U Slow in giving refund, always still processing

On May 31 I canceled an account with Just Fitness 4 U thru National Fitness. I ask for a refund due to not being able to use the gym and was given the refund amount of $144.27 and was told it would take 30 days to complete.

On July 13 (30 days) no refund and so I called National Fitness and they said that it is still being processed, waiting for someone from Just Fitness 4 U to respond back to release the funds, still no word from them.

I tried calling Just Fitness 4 U in Jacksonville, Fl. And talked to the GM and was told he could do nothing for me. Tried to get a corporate number from them but was told that there was no corporate number.

I have made several calls to National Fitnees to resolve this matter but I am told that they can't due anything till Just Fitness 4 U responds back.

I would like the refund that was promised so that this matter will be closed.
