Company would not honor $50 rebate offe

I bought a set of Bowflex dumbbells which came with a $50 rebate offer. I mailed the forms and required UPC 's from the container several days prior to the postmark deadline.

After eight weeks or so I began the ordeal of contacting a company that apparently doesn't like to talk to people. When I was finally able to contact a human, she checked and told me that the rebate people had never heard of me. I said I had copies of everything I could mail. She said it was too late and nothing could be done.

End of story. I do spread the word at the local health clubs and gyms.
