This company does not stand behind their product

For that worse. I bought the Bowflex 14 years back. I've continuously needed to substitute the wheels about the chair. They're badly developed. The system itself did properly. Our criticism is the fact that the organization no further makes this design and also the new versions are looking lightweight. Quite simply, for me, they've altered. I'd be extremely cautious to do business having a business that'll not remain behind it is item. Oh, incidentally, they used-to alter the wheels for me personally at no cost. Today, they state, the wheels, that are badly created, really are a use product plus they charge $40 every 4-to 5 weeks to displace. Anything isn't right-about that. Fundamentally, they'll quit supplying them entirely and that I will need to toss the equipment out. The telephone representative stated I must consider improving. Touch, hint. Quite simply, Bowflex, is attempting to market me some new crap. I'm really unhappy. Move elsewhere.
